1. Please note that the pool hours are from 6:00 am to 8:30 pm.  The alarm is active outside of these hours and the police will be called.  

2.  Access to the pool/cabana is via keycard only.  Do not loan your keycard to anyone or allow unauthorized access.  

3.  No roughhousing, foul language, weapons, pets, smoking, drugs or intoxication allowed.

4.  Please clean up any garbage after you are done and take all of your belongings with you.  Trash cans are provided.

5.  Turn off the shower and faucets in the bathroom when you are done.  Wasting water will only result in a higher water bill and this will be passed on to residents through increased HOA dues.

6.  Anyone found violating any of these policies will have their keycard deactivated.
